Shivam Events is proud to be a family run business with over 30 years of combined experience in catering and event management.
The business was first established under the brand “MK Catering” in 2003 after the two successful partners; Raj, a successful 5 star hotel chef and events manager with over 11 years of experience. Nayna, a successful head chef with over 20 years of experience in the catering and restaurant business, were united by their sheer passion for traditional Indian cuisine.
The business was later rebranded as “Shivam” in 2012 and it’s catering and events business was further expanded with the opening of its first eat-in and takeaway restaurant on the famous Golden Mile, Leicester.
Shivam’s dishes are prepared using our own authentic and traditional family recipes originating from across the Indian subcontinent; including, but not limited to, Gujarat, Punjab and South Indian.
Our dishes are freshly cooked using only the finest and freshest ingredients. Capable of supplying traditional home cooked Gujarati and Punjabi cuisine, from table service to buffet lunch. We pride ourselves in excellence from start to finish.
